It’s really simple, take these few easy steps and we will clear your waste with minimal fuss:
Step 1
Once you have found us, feel free to give us a call to discuss what you have to clear. We will talk you through the best way of clearing the waste and provide you with a no obligation estimated price.
Step 2
If you are happy with what we have discussed and you want to book us in let us know your preferred date and time. We will then provide you with a two hour window of arrival for that day.
Step 3
We will schedule a team of two lodgers to carry out the work for you who will provide you with a courtesy call 20 – 30 minutes before arrival.
Step 4
When our guys get to you they will confirm what has been discussed with the office and check what there is to clear. Before carrying out the work we will need to get a waste transfer note filled out and signed.
Step 5
If you are happy for us to carry out the work our guys will load the items onto the back of the van.
Step 6
Payment is required on completion, here you can either give the guys cash or you can pay the office over the phone by card.
Step 7
Job complete and off we go.
